Privacy policy
Whatever you type into a calculator stays in your browser. Only the host’s server logs and your emails leave it.

The short version
- No accounts and no forms: Nico Run Lab doesn’t store any personal data about you.
- Your browser does the math (age, heart rate, times, distances) and sends nothing.
- No ads, no affiliate links, no analytics.
Who is responsible
The site publisher, based in France (see the legal notice). Contact: contact@nicorunlab.com.
What the site handles
Server logs at our host
When you open a page, Cloudflare, our host, receives your IP address, browser type and the URL requested, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Legal basis under the GDPR: legitimate interest in running a safe site. Cloudflare sets how long the logs are kept.
A shared result link carries its values in the URL (for example
?age=40). When someone opens it, that URL goes through the
same logs as any other.
Your language and unit choice
Your language and distance unit (mi or km) stay in your browser (localStorage) and never go to the server. They last until you clear site data. Details on the cookie policy.
Your emails
If you write in, the publisher gets your address and message to reply, and deletes them within a year after the conversation ends.
We don’t collect health data, and we don’t sell or share personal information.
Data transfers
Cloudflare, Inc. processes the logs in the US, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension. Cloudflare’s policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy .
Your rights
Under the UK and EU GDPR you can access, correct, erase or restrict your data, or object to its use. US state privacy laws (California’s CCPA/CPRA and others) give similar rights to know and delete. The site holds almost nothing, so most requests end up at Cloudflare, and the publisher will point you there. Email contact@nicorunlab.com and you’ll get an answer within a month. Using these rights changes nothing about how the site works for you.
You can also complain to the UK ICO or the French CNIL.
Children
The site is for runners of all ages but isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
Changes
Before the site adds ads, affiliate links, analytics or user accounts, the publisher will update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
